The Competency of Operators of Pleasure Craft Regulations requires all operators of pleasure craft fitted with a motor and used for recreational purposes have proof of competency on board at all times! By September 15, 2009 all operators must have this proof. Tickets are good for life.

A book or c.d. may be purchased for $35.00 + $1.75 tax = $36.75. This will help you prepare for the exam.

An appointment to take the accredited exam must be set up in advance. Cost is $50   + 2.50 tx = $52.50 per person

We accept cash, visa, mastercard and AMEX. Exam is 45 minutes long. Understanding the conduct and operation of recreational pleasure craft improves safety to all boaters and makes your outdoor experience more enjoyable for everyone
