Emergency First Aid, CPR, AED

(EFA) A Canadian Red Cross Oriented program. This One Day program includes AED, CPR Level A (other levels on request, such as level C or Health Care Provider(HCP), a hands on program, Choking skills, wound management and bandaging, medical conditions, burns, primary and secondary survey and shock, Heart disease and Cardiac Arrest. Check call care, Medical - legal and regulatory requirements are covered. Open book quiz. Certificate card awarded with 3 year expiry. Physical skills and lecture format utilized to help retention. This is the recommended minimum level program for work related to gas plants, pipeline and Refineries and other hazardous environments. Sports enthusiasts, those concerned with common medical issues in their family and people in high hazard worksites all benefit from this information.

Standard First Aid, CPR, AED

(SFA) A Canadian Red Cross Oriented program. Course includes AED, CPR Level A (or other levels on request such as C or Health Care Provider (HCP) This 2 day program includes Emergency First Aid content plus Moving and Transportation, Slings, Splints, Poisons, Environmental injuries and more. Physical skills and lecture format. 3 year ticket awarded upon completion of course. The Industry Related Practices (IRP) requires this program when someone is entering well sites.

$150.00 + $7.50 tax = $157.50 each

CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation)

The Canadian Red Cross oriented program that deals with the primary life threatening emergencies, such as Heart Diseases, Choking and Shock. One year certification for stand alone CPR. Up to 3 years with a First Aid recertification.

CPR Level A: Adult Oriented skills includes Heart Disease Risk Factors, AED, choking and CPR skills for lay people.

$45 + $2.25 tax = $$47.25

CPR Level C: 2 rescuer CPR Skills - Include adult, infant, child and above. This course also covers AED. Duration is up to one day. For workplace teams. $65 + $3.25 tax = $68.25 each.

CPR HCP - Healthcare Providers - 1 and 2 rescuer CPR skills, adult, child, infant. Bag valve mask. AED, pulse check and rescue breathing and jaw thrust. Dentists, Dental Hygienists, physicians, RNS and advanced health care workers as defined by their associations may require this program for their continuing education credits. Up to 6 hours. 4 hours for recertification

$65 + $3.25 tax = $68.25 each. Group rates may be available.
